Marriage Proposal
The day will come where this won’t even be an issue anymore; and when that happens, we will look back and think “man, it was really a no brainer” in the same way we look back at women voting and the same way we look back on interracial couples (well, most of us anyway on both counts). i know America will get its act together eventually; it just sucks right now, that’s all.
In the meantime; Keep supporting your friends and loved ones; respect others rights to happiness; and love unconditionally.
<3 you all! (except that woman i caught telling her kid to shut up and then smacking him to get him to stop crying…i will come for you….)

Soon we’ll be like living in Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World.
No one wants to marry. No one wants to be committed.
Commitment is frowned upon. Having lots of partners is encouraged.
having recently welkad down this path there are 3 books that we read that were very helpful in forming a Biblical view of marriage and each other:Sacred Marriage by Gary Thomas (one to read and re-read)When Sinners Say I Do by Dave HarveyEach for the Other by Bryan and Kathy Chapellwhile Jon and I decided in the end to not get married, all three of these books helped us to view our relationship and God in a much more Biblical light and challenged us to truly love each other with the love of Christ.
